Privacy Policy
How I handle your personal data when you visit this website, contact me, or ask me to help with a task.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
The person responsible for processing your personal data (the “controller”) is:
Louise Cordero, jusTask
Geneva, Switzerland
Email: admin@just-task.ch
Phone: +41 78 851 28 95
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact me at the email address above.
2. Which law applies
I process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and its ordinance. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies — for example, if you are located in the European Union and I offer my services to you — I also comply with the GDPR.
3. What data I collect
When you visit this website. The web server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you request, and your browser and device type. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
When you use the contact form. I receive:
- your name;
- your email address and/or phone number;
- the tasks you select, and any detail you add;
- any message you choose to write.
To protect the form against spam, the contact page runs a security check from Cloudflare (Turnstile). It processes technical data such as your IP address and information about your browser and device to tell people from automated programs. It is used only for this check, not for advertising or tracking.
When you contact me directly by email or phone, I receive the details you share in that conversation.
When I help you with a task, I may process further information you give me for that purpose — for example documents, correspondence with a régie, insurer or authority, appointment details, or information about your move or your driving exam preparation. Some of this may be sensitive (for example health information when I book medical appointments). I only ask for what the task requires, and I treat everything you share confidentially.
No tracking. This website sets no cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising tools or social media plug-ins.
4. Why I use your data
- to reply to your enquiry and discuss what you need;
- to carry out the tasks you ask me to do, and to invoice for them;
- to run and secure this website;
- to meet my legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.
I do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make decisions about you by automated means. Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are: taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement and performing that agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); my legitimate interest in answering messages and operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); and, for sensitive data, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
5. Who else receives your data
I use a small number of service providers, who process data only on my behalf and according to my instructions:
- Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland) — hosts this website and my email. Data is stored in Switzerland.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — runs the anti-spam check on the contact page and passes your contact form submission on for sending. It does not store the content of your message, but it processes it, together with your IP address, for the moment it takes to relay it.
- Mailjet (Sinch group, European Union) — delivers the contact form submission to my mailbox, and keeps delivery records for a limited period.
When I carry out a task for you, I share information with third parties only as far as the task requires and as agreed with you — for example a régie, an insurer, an authority, a doctor's practice, or a tradesperson or company I recommend to you.
I may also disclose data where I am legally required to do so.
6. Data sent abroad
Most of your data stays in Switzerland. Mailjet processes data in the European Union, which the Swiss Federal Council recognises as providing adequate data protection. Cloudflare is a US company whose network operates worldwide, so your form submission may pass through servers outside Switzerland, including in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Federal Council recognises as providing adequate protection.
7. How long I keep your data
- Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted once they are no longer needed, and at the latest 12 months after our last contact.
- Information for a task is kept for as long as the task requires, then deleted or returned to you, unless you ask me to keep it for future help.
- Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by Swiss law.
- Website server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period for security purposes, then deleted.
8. How I protect your data
I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website and the contact form, and access to my accounts protected by strong passwords.
9. Your rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- tell you whether I process your personal data and give you a copy of it;
- correct data that is inaccurate;
- delete your data, or stop or limit its processing;
- give you your data in a common electronic format, or pass it to someone else;
- withdraw your consent, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, email admin@just-task.ch. I may ask you to confirm your identity. Some rights may be limited where the law requires me to keep certain data.
If you believe I am not handling your data correctly, you can complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland (www.edoeb.admin.ch), or, if you are in the EU, to your local data-protection authority.
10. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
